help on putting gigs up for download?

i'm looking into putting a gig up for download and basically i haven't a clue how i go about it :\

could someone give me info on how to get started?

put them all into a zip file and then go to www.yousendit.com and upload it there.
All you have to do is enter an email address and upload the file, then post the link
