what is the best program to burn SHN format audio files onto a cd to make an audio cd?

you can use nero to burn them directly to cd if you get the SHN plugin

But generally convert them to wav and then burn to cd

i use SoftSound's "Shorten" for Windows
Converts .SHN files to .WAV and then i burn onto CD
You have to type in filename for each time you convert, so it takes a few minutes, but its a very easy-to-use program.

I got db poweramp , it puts a "convert to" link in the right click menu and makes it so easy to convert any type
