how the hell do i play one of these. i just downloaded something and cant watch it cos its a .bin file

ok I would need to show you how to set up a virtual drive, but that dont matter.

I will just get you to burn it direct.

Open up Nero, then close the wizard if it starts, go to Recorder>Burn Image

And choose the .que file

The que file, I aint got any .que files on me Hard drive to do it with, but it may extract some more files, or a VCD for you to burn, then you should be able to watch it once its all burnt to CD mate.

If it dont work, keep it and I will show u what to do next time I am out your way. Also check about for these options, cause I have the newest version of nero, so it may not be under recorder, but I think it is.
