Yup well spotted, first gen straight from the guy that filmed it and many others, he gave up trading about the time this was filmed and thats probably why its never landed in many people collections. Other shows this guy did include Nirvana, Foofighters, etc he did at least 100 concerts from 89 to 96. :)
I pm'd you but no reply :(
I have this 1st NTSC, pic looks a bit better on mine
Length = 1:19:35
Video Bitrate = 7100

If you have this first gen then that means you know who filmed it tell me his last name and I will tell you if its correct, its that simple. Or if you do not wish to name him then just tell me your name and I will ask him if he knows you. Although I did say that he stopped trading I do still have contact with him and sent him a Pixies DVD just a few days ago.
I know that the guy never had and still does not have equipment to convert PAL to NTSC so for it to be first gen and NTSC is interesting.
if you have contact with the filmer, can't you get him to put his master to dvd, or get him to send it to one of the trustworthy quality preserving non-hoarding traders (we know who they are)?
Also did he film any other oasis gigs and what does his oasis list look like?
Will

Not true, cause he it could have been passed around a few people as a DVD 1st gen, and thats how he got it,
ie the guy that got a 1st gen, put it onto dvd, and traded with someone, he traded, he traded, then Frozzie got it from him

I dont think the guy filmed other Oasis shows but don't quote me on that as Oasis were never I abnd I looked out for on his lists, but I will check his old lists, try and dig them out tomorrow if I have time.
The filmer does not have an "OASIS list" I don't even think he is a fan like myself, I know he loves the Jam, Pixies and Weezer and he filmed many bands cos he had VIP passes for shows so you can get a camera in easy as you dont get searched with those or at least I have never been searched in the UK when I had them (Not For Oasis) never seen them, I am not with holding any items I am just not that big an Oasis fan so if people withhold items that they have in lists to trade and then dont offer them without conditions then its no big deal to me. Now hold back a Sex Pistols item and I will come down and see you on my way to the Bulldog Bash next year.

Yeah i don't know the guy who filmed it, could have been passed though quite a few peoples hands. Judging from what you have said, i can only assume that the PAL 1st was converted by someone in Japan (where trader is i got from) to NTSC, maybe with some pic filters, meaning i would still be after the PAL 1st or Master, getting this sort of info on sources is exactly what this section is meant for ;)
need to get my standalone sorted out soon, forgot all about it

Its a very strange world.. The guy who filmed the Oasis Italian show is back filming and trading, but I dont think he's got the job of making DVD copies perfected yet even though I told him about NERO ages ago, he sent me The pixies at Imloa Italy from a few months back, he filmed it on DV camcorder then did a firewire transfer to some kind of standalone DVD recorder then did a copy for me using a standalone player connected to a Sony Standalone recorder, some folks just like to do it the hard way I guess.
Is this guy named Paolo? I had him on the phone a few months ago, and he was absolutely reluctant to make digital copies off his mastertapes, though he was willing to set up a few trades (I actually once filmed Paul Weller in Brussels upon his request)...
Uhm, I should call him one of these days...
Ps As for uncirculated Oasis shots, I'm pretty sure about the Brussels 95 show which should have been filmed with a Hi-8 camera.

yeah mate i think you should call him
about brussels 95, it definitely exists but it's really hard to find, there's a french guy called Julien who has it (the filmer is his friend) but he's not willing to trade it, the guy also has zeebruggers festival (belgium too) from the same filmer.
