Need Help Badly!

as some know my harddrive got wiped so had to reinstall windows! now i can't view pictures! i can't see anybodys signitures on the forums and when i visit my site i get this

as u can see i'm totally messed up! any help would be great!

problem sorted, i was using a new program aimed to stop pop ups and spam and it had a feature on that i couldn't see banners and pics! :D

i also had that problem, but never knew it was my Popup Blocker...
so i just use Maxthon (MyIE2) as my internet browser
its MUCH MUCH better than Internet Explorer...
