But the bad thing is that there is nearly 600 members with no posts

Though they may have joined ages ago, and stoped posting because the forum hadn't been established yet.

I reckon the main aim should be to attract new people who will remain and post, rather than to try and ger these people to post.

Yeah, these people will eventually come back when the forum is very busy, and I spam them with mass emails :p

The next 1 will be regarding the FTP anyway, which should be next few days for updates, and mabye some payments for those wanting initial access to it.

So need to see how next few days goes with the set up guy :D
