I have just received a dvd of Oasis - MTV Unplugged but it is one continous show. I was wondering how do I edit the dvd to place chapters into the dvd.
Any help appreciated
Thanks
cool, i'd like to know it too
i can only say, that you can make menus with TMPGenc or DVD-Lab
i know, that you can make chapters with adobe premiere, but it's only good, if you're capturing something from mini dv
I will put up a guide on how to do it in DVD author this week for you guys, to make some cool menu's

If you had a standalone DVD recorder with a hard drive, you could simply save the disk to the hard drive, then insert chapters where ever you wanted which would take about five minutes to do, then make up a new menu that you like and burn back to DVDr. I have three PCs, two that I built just for DVD work, the other bought for the same work but ready made however a good DVD recorder with a hard drive does as good a job in far less time with far less swearing. The Pioneer 520 or Panasonic DMRE85 are the best two for this work at affordable prices, £390 ish.
You could do that mate, but doing it on the PC is the easiest for most people cause of the price of some stand alones.
Hopefully get my 2nd PC next year so I can use it to do authoring and stuff like that, gonny do menu's and stuff for all me boots
