Went to see Eels on Monday night. Bit of a last minute thing, a friend's sister works in the music biz and had 2 guest list places going spare. I didn't record it but wish I had - the sound is amazing in there and there were no security checks going in. Bit weird being at a gig where everyone sits down the whole way through, a lot more civilized than I'm used to ;-)

Yeah it went on for a good couple of hours and there were, I think, 4 encores. They did the proper lights out bit so by the fourth the place was 1/2 empty

yes i heard the lights came on then about 15 min later the band came back out
