Hi i just read this on the BBC Website and i was wondering if any one else wonders why he still has a job the media go on about erickson all the time
But this man has dragged scottish football back into the stone ages i remember a time when teams were not looking forward to playing them.
I think they should kick his ass out of scotland and get Gordon Stracon there and turn a once proud nation into a power to be reakoned with
The Scottish Football Association has insisted that manager Berti Vogts has been issued with no ultimatums over the future of his job.
Vogts has endured fierce criticism recently, though two improved displays against Spain and Slovenia have eased the pressure on him somewhat.
The SFA held a board meeting on Thursday, after which it was announced that Vogts' position was unchanged.
"There was no vote, no ultimatums," said an SFA spokesman.
"There is no change in the coach's position. The national team was discussed at the meeting but the position remains the same as it did yesterday - Berti has a contract to get Scotland to the World Cup.
"The overall position remains, and while everyone was disappointed that we didn't get off to a winning start against Slovenia, like 38,000 other people in the stadium, we're looking forward to next month's matches against Norway and Moldova."
The venue for the Moldova game was another issue discussed at the meeting.
Italy's game in Moldova on Wednesday night was moved from Tiraspol in the unstable Transnistria area of the country to the capital Chisinau.
Scotland are contemplating making a similar request for a move.
"We are waiting for reports from the delegate at the match and other people who were there so we get full information about conditions at the stadium," added the spokesman.
"Then we can make a realistic judgement next week about what action we might have to take."
