converting vro files to create v festival dvd

guy on another forum recorded v on his sony dvd-r

has no vob files only vro

have offerred to try to convert for him & then i would post v as a new torrent

looks to me like TMPGEnc is the answer

anybody got any better ideas?

if i can get hold of the vro dvd ill rip it an put it on dime as a torrent
